Orthofast: our clear aligner orthodontic system
An attractive, healthy smile is one of the most powerful assets a person can have. If misaligned teeth stop you from smiling with confidence, it is important to look for a solution as soon as possible. It is about more than just appearance.
What exactly are clear aligners?
Invisible orthodontics is an innovative orthodontic technique that uses clear aligners custom-made for each patient to correct the position of the teeth comfortably and gradually.
Beyond straightening teeth, this approach can also influence the dental and jaw structures, helping to improve the appearance of your face and your quality of life through both functional and aesthetic improvements. In many cases, clear aligners can achieve results comparable to traditional braces, with the advantage of being comfortable, removable and practically invisible to others.
Before starting, we take a 3D scan of your mouth to design your custom-made aligners.
Treatment duration
Depending on the individual case, treatment usually takes between 6 and 18 months.
After a detailed assessment of your case, a digital simulation lets us give you an estimate of the time needed to achieve the best possible result for you.
Treatment price
As a general guide, Orthofast aligners cost from €1,700 per arch (upper or lower), and Invisalign treatment costs €2,710 – €6,800, depending on the complexity of the case. Contact us on WhatsApp and, after reviewing your case, we will give you a fixed price.

How much do clear aligners cost in Barcelona?
With Orthofast aligners, from €1,700 per arch (upper or lower), depending on the complexity of the case. With Invisalign, €2,710 – €6,800. Your first orthodontic visit is free, and after the assessment we give you a fixed price.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the aligners for the whole treatment and the plan designed by orthodontists. The digital assessment with intraoral scanner (€315) and the final retainers are quoted separately. We give you full details in writing before you start.
Can I pay for invisible orthodontics in instalments?
Yes. We offer financing with monthly payments for Orthofast and Invisalign, including if you live outside Spain, subject to the finance provider’s terms and conditions.
What is the difference between Orthofast and Invisalign?
Both use custom-made clear aligners. Orthofast is our own system, with app-based monitoring and in-clinic visits, and a more affordable price. Invisalign is the best-known international brand. We recommend the right option for you after assessing your case.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on the case: from 3 months for mild cases, from 6 months for moderate cases and from 9 months for complex cases. These are estimates, not a guarantee; after the digital simulation we will tell you the expected duration.
Can aligners correct crowded teeth, gaps or bite problems?
Yes, in many cases they treat crowding, gaps between teeth, overbite and crossbite. At your first visit we will tell you whether aligners are suitable for you or whether braces would be a better option.
Can my teenager wear aligners?
Yes. We treat teenagers with Invisalign and Orthofast, always with an assessment by our orthodontist and the consent of their parents or guardians.
I live outside Barcelona. How often do I need to come in?
Treatment combines in-clinic visits with remote monitoring via an app, which reduces the need to travel. When we plan your case, we will tell you how many in-person visits you will need.
I started Invisalign in another country. Can I continue it in Barcelona?
In many cases, yes. Bring us your treatment plan and your aligners and we will assess how to continue.
